1. How do I convert to become a VIP TaPZ Cardholder?

Upon accumulation of $30 in your normal TaPZ cards, you can be converted to a VIP TaPZ Cardholder immediately.

Must fill up the VIP TaPZ CARD application form available at all ZONE X cashier counters or you may save and print the application form as reflected below

4. Can I use more than 1 normal TaPZ card to combine to $30 or more in accumulated expenditure?

YES.
Accumulated value and balance value will be transferred to one card.
The rest of the cards will be returned to and kept by ZONE X.

5. Is there any time limit condition for me to accumulate the $30?

6. Can I purchase a VIP TaPZ Card?

YES. You can purchase a VIP TaPZ Card at $30 + $2.10 and you will get $35.10 worth of play value immediately @ ZONE X only.

7. What are the benefits that I have as a VIP TaPZ Cardholder? (with effect from 18 Aug 08 onwards)

Enjoy top-up bonus play value where normal TaPZ cardholders are not entitled to enjoy:
- Top-up $5 to $9 and Enjoy 5% bonus play value i.e. $0.25 to $0.45 FREE
- Top-up $10 to $19 and Enjoy 10% bonus play value i.e. $1 to $1.90 FREE
- Top-up $20 and above and Enjoy 15% bonus play value i.e. $3 & above FREE
Earn TaPZ points and redeem play value, gift vouchers and/or merchandises.
Enjoy up to 15% discounted play rates on arcade games.

8. What are TaPZ points?

TaPZ points are loyalty points that you can earn each time you top-up your VIP TaPZ Card and they can be used to redeem play value, gift vouchers and/or merchandises.

9. How can you earn these TaPZ points?

You can earn TaPZ points by topping up your VIP TaPZ Card.
The number of TaPZ points you earn depends on the amount you top-up. The more you top-up, the more TaPZ points you get:
- Top-up $1 to $4 = 5 to 20 points
- Top-up $5 to $9 = 50 to 90 points
- Top-up $10 & above = 150 points & above
There is no expiry date for all TaPZ points' redemption.

10. Will there be any refund or replacement of VIP TaPZ Card if I lose or damage my VIP TaPZ Card?

NO. However you can report to us on the loss of your VIP TaPZ card, of which we will blacklist the lost VIP TaPZ Card immediately.
Upon reporting loss of any VIP TaPZ Cards, the cards would be blacklisted immediately whereby one could not use the cards to top-up at any of our ZONE X centres.

11. What happens if my lost VIP TaPZ Card is found?

Once your lost VIP TaPZ Card is found and upon your instruction, we will "unblacklist" your VIP TaPZ Card immediately and you may use your lost VIP TaPZ Card thereafter again.

1. What is MIP?

MIP stands for "Most Important Player" and it is a new personalized TaPZ card with additional benefits that one can enjoy.

2. How do I convert to become a MIP TaPZ Cardholder?

Upon accumulation of $500 in your normal TaPZ cards or VIP TaPZ Cards, you can be converted to a MIP TaPZ Cardholder immediately.

3. Can $500 be accumulated in multiple normal TaPZ cards or VIP TaPZ Cards?

YES.
Accumulated value, balance value and TaPZ points (if any) will be transferred to one card.
The rest of the cards will be returned to and kept by ZONE X.

7. What will be the status of the current OLD VIP Green TaPZ Cards?

All existing OLD VIP Green TaPZ Cardholders will be converted to MIP status immediately without any accumulation requirement.
All existing OLD VIP Green TaPZ Cardholders will be able to enjoy all the benefits that MIP TaPZ Cardholders enjoy (with the exception of personalized MIP TaPZ cards).

8. Which ZONE X centres can I go and what must I do to convert to become a MIP TaPZ Cardholder?

Just bring along your TaPZ cards and we will do a MIP conversion upon verifications and you can collect your MIP TaPZ Card immediately.
No photographs are needed, as we will take your photo on the spot using a digital camera.
Must fill up the MIP TaPZ CARD application form available at ZONE X @ Jurong Entertainment Centre #02-03 or ZONE X @ Lot 1 Shoppers' Mall #05-01 or ZONE X @ Downtown East E!hub #04-103/104/105 or ZONEX @ AMKHub #04-02 or you may save and print the application form as reflected below.

9. Will there be any replacement of MIP TaPZ Card if I lose or physically damage my MIP TaPZ Card, Old VIP Green TaPZ Card or a VIP TaPZ Card with accumulation of more than $500?

YES. However there will be an administrative charge of $10.70 (inclusive of 7% GST) for a replacement of a MIP TaPZ Card and other terms & conditions apply.
Other Terms & Conditions Apply:
- For Replacement of Lost MIP TaPZ Cards, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or VIP TaPZ Card with accumulation of more than $500, the Balance Play Value, TaPZ points, Accumulated Play Value etc WILL NOT be refunded.
- For Replacement of Physically Damaged MIP TaPZ Cards, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or VIP TaPZ Card with accumulation of more than $500 e.g. scratches on the card BUT CARD STILL CAN BE READ, the Balance Play Value, TaPZ points, Accumulated Play Value WILL BE DIRECT TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW REPLACED MIP TAPZ CARD.
- For Replacement of Physically Damaged MIP TaPZ Cards, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or VIP TaPZ Card with accumulation of more than $500 e.g. card is broken into 2 AND THE CARD CANNOT BE READ, only the TaPZ Points will be refunded (subject to further terms & conditions).
- MIP TaPZ Cards will only be replaced for genuine MIP TaPZ Cardholders, genuine OLD VIP Green TaPZ Cardholder or genuine VIP TaPZ Cardholder who accumulates more than $500 in their VIP TaPZ cards.
- No replacement can be made if there is no record of the lost or damaged MIP TaPZ Cardholder, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Cardholder or VIP TaPZ Cardholder (subject to accumulation of more than $500 in the VIP TaPZ Cards) found in our database.

10. Can I convert to a MIP TaPZ Cardholder if I lose or physically damage my NORMAL TaPZ Cards with accumulation of more than $500?

11. What do I do if I LOST my MIP TaPZ Card, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or a VIP TaPZ Card with accumulation of more than $500?

If you would like to report LOSS of your VIP or MIP TaPZ Card, you can fill in the REPORT "LOST VIP / MIP TaPZ CARD" FORM, which can be obtained from any ZONE X cashier counter or you may save and print the form as reflected below.

However beside reporting LOSS of your MIP TaPZ Card, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or a VIP TaPZ Card with accumulation of more than $500, if you would like to have a replacement of MIP TaPZ Card at $10.70 (inclusive of 7% GST) admin charges, please proceed to our Lot 1, JP , E!Hub or AMKHub outlet to do so.
All MIP Replacement Procedure for LOST TaPZ Cards will be subjected to terms & conditions as stated in point 9.
Upon verification of your MIP Replacement Application and if it is approved, you can collect your replaced MIP TaPZ Card on the spot after a payment of $10.70 (inclusive of 7% GST) admin charges admin charges to our ZONE X staff at Lot 1, JP ,E!Hub or AMKHub outlet.

12. What happens if I found my lost MIP TaPZ Card, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or VIP TaPZ Card (accumulate > $500)?

Upon reporting loss of any MIP TaPZ Card, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or VIP TaPZ Card (accumulate > $500), the cards would be blacklisted immediately whereby one could not use the cards to top-up at any of our ZONE X centres.
Hence if you found your lost MIP TaPZ Card, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or VIP TaPZ Card (accumulate > $500) BEFORE your replaced MIP TaPZ Card is issued, we will "unblacklist" your found MIP TaPZ Card, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or VIP TaPZ Card so that you can use for top-up again. Then your replacement transaction of MIP TaPZ Card will be VOID.
However, if you found your lost MIP TaPZ Card, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or VIP Blue TaPZ Card (accumulate > $500) AFTER your replaced MIP TaPZ Card is issued, your replacement transaction of MIP TaPZ Card will still be valid and your lost MIP TaPZ Card, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or VIP TaPZ Card (accumulate > $500) will be blacklisted and cannot be used for top-up anymore.

13. What do I do if I PHYSICALLY DAMAGE my MIP TaPZ Card, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or a VIP TaPZ Card with accumulation of more than $500?

If you have physically damaged your MIP TaPZ Card, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or a VIP TaPZ Card with accumulation of more than $500, you may like to have a replacement of MIP TaPZ Card at $10.70 (inclusive of 7% GST) admin charges at our Lot 1, JP, E!Hub or AMKHub outlet.
Please fill in the REPORT "DAMAGED VIP / MIP TaPZ CARD + $10.70 (inclusive of 7% GST) MIP REPLACEMENT" FORM, which can be obtained at our Lot 1, JP, E!Hub or AMKHub outlet or you may save and print the form as reflected below

If you require assistance in filling up the form, you may ask any of our ZONE X staff to assist you accordingly.
All MIP Replacement Procedure for PHYSICALLY DAMAGED TaPZ Cards will be subjected to terms & conditions as stated in point 9.
Upon verification of your MIP Replacement Application and if it is approved, you can collect your replaced MIP TaPZ Card on the spot after a payment of $10.70 (inclusive of 7% GST) admin charges to our ZONE X staff at Lot 1, JP, E!Hub or AMKHub centre (subject to terms & conditions in point 9).

14. Can I use other's OLD VIP Green TaPZ Cards or VIP TaPZ Cards (accumulate > $500) to convert my own MIP TaPZ Card?

15. What happens if my MIP TaPZ Card, OLD VIP Green TaPZ Card or normal / VIP TaPZ Card is spoilt and cannot be used to top-up or play machines because of card errors due to your computer system problems etc? Will I be able to get back a new TaPZ card with my balance play value and points to be refunded?

Should the above occurs and subject to our verifications at our HQ Office, you will be able to get a 1-to-1 TaPZ card exchange back with balance play value and points (if any) to be refunded (subject to further terms & conditions).
No replacement fees will be collected for 1-to-1 MIP TaPZ card exchange for the above case (T&C apply).
For the above cases, please fill up a TaPZ Form A that can be obtained from any ZONE X cashier counter or you may save and print the form as reflected below.
Submit the form together with your 'problematic' TaPZ card to our ZONE X staff and it will be forwarded to our HQ Office for verifications.
Upon verifications at HQ Office, your replaced or repaired TaPZ card (with play value & points refunded subject to T&C) will be forwarded to the ZONE X centre which you have made the report, within 14 working days max.
Thereafter you may collect your replaced or repaired TaPZ card at the relevant ZONE X centre.
For the case of 1-to-1 MIP TaPZ card exchanges, if your spoilt MIP TaPZ card can be repaired at our HQ, you will be able to collect your refunded MIP TaPZ card at the ZONE X centre which you have made the report.
However, if your spoilt MIP TaPZ card cannot be repaired at our HQ, you may have to proceed to our Lot 1, JP, E!Hub or AMKHub outlet to get a free replacement of MIP TaPZ Card on the spot (with play value & points refunded subject to T&C).
