Notice on the Change of GST Collection Procedure (New T@PZ Outlets)

With effect from 1 March 2013, prices on all T@PZ Card purchases, top-up amounts, promotional coupons* and/or vouchers* available at the Point-Of-Sale counters will be SUBJECTED TO 7% GST instead of being inclusive.

The 7% GST will be rebated in the form of BONUS instead of Play Value Credits previously. Bonus will be valid for 60 days upon last top-up and can only be used on game machines with orange readers. Play Value Credits will be deducted first BEFORE Bonus.

Prices on T@PZ Card purchases and top-up amounts at the Point-Of-Sale counters will be different from that of those being sold at the Self-Service Kiosks.

A $10 replacement fee will be incurred if the card is bended or broken into 2 etc. In the event that the card cannot be read, top-up or deducted in the absence of card being bended or broken into 2 etc, there will be no replacement fee incurred.

Discontinuation of Conversion/Transfer Services from Old TaPZ Cards to New T@PZ Cards

Dear Valued Customers,

With effect from 1 July 2013, we will stop all Conversion/Transfer Services from the Old TaPZ Card (Normal/VIP/MIP) to the New T@PZ Card at all ZONE X outlets with the New T@PZ Card System.

Hence, if you are still holding on to any Old TaPZ Cards, please visit our ZONE X outlets with the New T@PZ Card System to do the conversion or transfer of the New T@PZ Cards from now till 30 June 2013.

There will be strictly no transfer of TaPZ play value and points from the Old TaPZ Card to the New T@PZ Card from 1 July 2013 onwards.

We seek your understanding on this matter and any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
