Not even spending a single money on the Toy catcher and ask the X-Scoop promoter to help him/her to adjust?

Not just that, he everytime ask any of the crew working Zone-X to help him adjust countless time. While some other people, spends more than $60 just to try to catch a toy but ended up with naught..

Since i live very near both White Sands and E! Hub outlets, i always drop by and see the toy catchers just to see their toys and i have alreasy see this matter happened for quite awhile.

Although these two things happened in different outlets, but it is still the same.

As a customer, what do you think if someone who does not put any money to try and catch a doll and as the promoter to adjust the toys to which, the place he desires and most comfortable to catch it?

1. Would you just pissed off by his actions and walk off, never to come back to catch the toys because you didn’t ask for any help, yet you wasted alot of money to catch oxygen and no promoter help you to adjust because he/she always serve that customer because that is her job and the customer seems to ask for her help every minute?

2. Or would you be the same as that guy, not spending any amount of money to catch a toy and ask for help, just like a whining dog who wants to get it’s teeth on a piece of bone to bite?

Anyway, i would like to highlight that the “poor” customer is actually businessman while the other, who played in white sands uses his retirement money just to get a toy?

I went down to E-hub last sunday. I try to catch the toy but spend alot don’t get it. i wanted to ask the promoter for help but got this guy keep on asking her to adjust. Can i know the promoter can help per people adjust for how many time ??

There is no limits as long as they insert coin lol

just to share my experience at zone X.  went down to simei east point zone x yesterday. saw a sign on the toy catcher machine that says something like contact staff to place ur desired toy before playing at the mickey and minnie machine, contacted the staff.. she arrange for me.

1) spend my 1st dollars. catch nothing, saw word that say put 5 dollars will have 6 credit instead of 5

2) spend another 5 dollars. zone x staff very happy, come and arrange for me again, every 5 dollars got 6 credits. still catch nothing.

3) change another 5 dollars. staff very happy, smiling away.. ran to the her counter just to change money for me, very happy, keeping smiling and talking to me. she arrange for me again

4) got another 6 credit to play, 1st try, caught 1. finally found out the right way to catch it. went to her ask her arrange for me again as i still got 5 more credits.

5)zone x staff a bit not happy, face a bit black but still arrange for me. 2nd credit miss,

6)3rd credit caught another 1. ask her arrange again as still got 3 more credits. the rest of the toys are all far away. theres no way to catch it.

7)zone x staff say.. didnt know you can catch 2 toys, cannot arrange for you already. face very black, said you want to catch the whole machine ah?  and walk off. i was like what the.. i ask the staff again and said i still got 3 credit and the toys are not in a catchable position. how to catch. she say just anyhow catch and ignore me.

8) i was thinking to myself, knowing that i found the right techique, dont wan to let me catch already? thats so unprofessional from them. i tell myself anyway already caught 2 toys, forget it and left the area shortly.

Total Spent 1dollar(1 credit) + 5 dollars(6credits) + 5(6credits) = 11dollars(13credits)
Caught 2 toys.

Bad service attitude from the zone-x staff. another gamer walk to me and say. oh if its another staff and not her , the other staff will be very willing to help. i was like ohh.. haha.

which arcades does not want to earn money , and u saying the zonex machine 5dollar get 6 credit right if i not wrong u are saying the machine with big toys is not those small ones right , spending just 13 dollar caught 2 and u are making noise over here i think that u are lucky already haha

to all the guys out there that see this post don u think this guy is lucky . if i were you i will be very happy already 13 dollar caught 2 big toys

by the way none of the machine in East Point Zonex have the strength to carry the toy up . haha

Lucky a not is depends on skill and of course luck but that is a different issue. The matter of fact is there is a sign that says contact staff to place ur toy before playing. you should honour that sign board. if pay 5 dollar can catch 5, you still got to honour that signboard. go take a look at the simei outlet with that sign board. if you do not want to honour that sign. please kindly remove it. haha. nobody will make noise. LOL.

The toy is medium size. not very big. i just have to flip the head over. you are right. the simei east point outlet catcher can’t carry the toy up. most toy catchers nowadays can’t carry the toys.. some need to flip it or push it.. depends. anyway. i have shared this pieace of incident to my toy catcher kakis, service good news spread. service no good.. news also spread. make money is make money. you should still honour your signboard. do not short change your customers. In long run the only person who will lose out is yourself. i don’t wish to boycott any specific outlet. just a feedback hoping that management would proberly give some code of conduct briefing to staffs. if dont allow to place toys, dont put any signboard there yea.

a piece of advice for you niyuji, i guess you might be the staff or somehow related to the outlet, in the world of business, theres always a time where someone will spend just 1 dollar and catch 1 toy, another time people can spend 30 dollars and catch nothing. be it win or lose. you shortchange your customer’s they dont come back and they drag along 2, 2 becomes 4, 4 become 8 and so fore. losing more customers which may spend 30 dollars and catch nothing. look far, think far. short changing one customer’s few dollars does not do any good. no offences yeah. thats just life.

I often go to white sands to catch toys and then one time i was catching a toy, i missed. Since I had no more coins, I went to the counter to change more. When I was changing, a staff saw that the toy can be easily caught, he quickly go and shift back to the original position. Isn’t that unfair!

This weekend they have a “Sure Catch” promotion @$15/=

Ask em to go back !!! Worst promoter den the previous one. Jurong Point also got one always saying this cannot tat cannot!!! Onli one guy wearing spect always doing the setting and also help to do the adjustment. The promoter always standing there keying her handphone!!!! How to earn sale if that promoter keep doing nothing!!!!

lol. You are so ignorant. Don’t you even know that the toys are place 1 at a time, after a toy is caught, the staff needs to places another toy that are displayed from the side so that people can contiune? It’s more than just help, its a service that you are being paid to do so. The exact same theory as going to a high class resturant to order food. 1st dish come.. waiter bring for you. 2nd dish come.. ask you ownself go resturant kitchen take. can?

and yes we do know when to stop asking for help, its when we no longer patronize your company. haha

This is not free lunch. Get your facts right. We paid for it. we put money, we expect service in return at the bare minimal. Toy can catch or not is not important. service is important. No offences but if your face turn black by doing such simple service. My advise is that non servicing back end jobs suits you better.

Oh ya by the way. You are complaining too as you complain that we complained. haha. Your views ain neutral from what i see, its bias. 1stly, nobody demanded anything. All of this are just plain feedbacks. 2ndly, it ain free lunch, customers pay, that is where you get your revenue and profit.. 3rdly, if we consumers are pathetic as label by you. You are definately far worst.

There are different kinds of cranes that comes with different techniques. There’s this kind that at first glance you may think it’s easy to catch a prize but the handle is loose thus when you try and catch the toy, it slips from it.

Zone X toy catcher is quite hard~I am frequent acrade visiter~They know me and I know them~Like that they help me sometime~Regular Customer is MORE IMPORTANT than normal customer..This is kind of common sense lol~
